•    The location and weight of the order will determine the delivery costs.
•    Delivery times of 1-2 minimum business days and maximum 5 business days to metro-cities (Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, and Mumbai)
•    Deliveries to the rest of India take between 3-7 business days.
The Online Terms and Conditions shall govern the sale of all items offered for sale on the Print Ecommerce Solution Private Limited website in the event of any inconsistency between this Delivery Policy and the Online Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy

If you place an order on our website and your payment is taken, but you later change your mind about it (personal request, design issue, etc.), we will refund your money within 7 to 10 working days. However, if you decide to cancel your order and place a new one with a different work, we will credit your account with the money as a "Re-Order Token" that you can use to place orders in the future.

Return

Only if the package is damaged or the product is incorrectly shipped, and the same must be informed to the carrier while accepting the merchandise, is a return permissible.

Received Damage Product

DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PRODUCT WITH AN ALTERED EXTERIOR BOX OR COVER. Instead, take a photo of the item and send it to us while rejecting it. This will allow us to place a new order before the damaged item is sent back to us for inspection. While we will help you manage the situation if the outside of the product is fine but the interior is broken, if the opening video is provided, we will help you send the replacement order without hesitation.

What if the status indicates delivered but the product has not arrived?

Don't worry if you haven't received your package but the status says Delivered; we can help you determine who has collected the goods by asking for Proof of Delivery (POD) or Delivery Receipt Sip (DRS Copy) from the Courier Company. The courier firm will react with the POD or DRS in 4-5 business days; once received, we will share it with you via the messaging section (on the Jobs page); please allow us additional time to do this. Meanwhile, please check with reception/security/neighbors to find out if the package has been received on your behalf. If not, kindly let us know so that we can investigate.

Delayed delivery and Un-delivered shipment:

Will I receive a refund or compensation if my order is delayed or not delivered?
The product will be delivered within the timeframe mentioned during the checkout process, and we will carefully comply with the specified schedule. We will not be able to help with any refunds or compensation if there is a delay due to bad weather, government restrictions, or any courier delay for any reason, but we will do our best to deliver the product on time. However, if you have any problems receiving your order, please contact us right away so that we may fix the issue for you.

What exactly does the term "Delivery Exception" mean?
Please be aware that we make every effort to have the product delivered at all costs; however, if a package is unable to be delivered, our support staff will notify you in the message section (on the job page) that the courier company was unable to deliver the product and the reason we received from them as "Facing Delivery Exception." We will communicate your response to the courier firm so that delivery can be attempted again. If you fail to respond within a day, your package will be returned to the "Production Unit" (in the meantime, we will request that the courier firm reattempt delivery from our end to see if we can deliver). If the package is sent back to the "Production Unit" in this scenario, kindly provide an alternative address with the complete pin-code and landmark details. This information is necessary for our Operations team to calculate the reshipping fee and furnish the payment link. Each return shipment incurs a charge, and your cooperation in this matter is appreciated. Note: Please be aware that if the returned shipment isn't accepted or no reshipping response is received within 30 days after the goods are delivered to the HUB, in line with Print Ecommerce Solutions Private Limited terms and conditions, the package will be scrapped or destroyed, and no order refund will be provided. Additionally, we kindly request you to provide feedback upon receiving the product if you notice any tampering, damage, or faults with the shipment, allowing us to swiftly address and close the claim.
