Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Product Discrepancies:

• The product received differs from what was shown on the product page.
• The color of the product is different from what was displayed.
• The material or fabric of the product is different from what was described.
• The size of the product is incorrect.

2. Quality or Manufacturing Issues:

• The product has any kind of quality defect.
• There is a manufacturing issue with the product.

3. Delayed Delivery:

• The product was delivered more than one week later than the promised delivery time.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  Include any relevant photos of the product if there are visible defects or discrepancies.

2. Return Authorization:

• Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, will provide you with a return/exchange authorization.

3. Shipping the Product Back:

• Ship the product back to us using the provided return authorization details.
• Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

4. Processing the Return or Exchange:

• Once we receive the product and verify the issue, we will process your return or exchange.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a maximum of 7 working days, and exchanges will be shipped within a maximum of 5 working days.

• Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the product.
• Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
